Cornish Line Caught Turbot blended with Shrimps and cooked in a creamy turbot sauce with leeks, potatoes and parsley, with a dash of white burgundy. Large main course portion. Gluten Free - there is no flour used in this recipe.

 

Just gently reheat on the hob, or place in microwave for 2/3 minutes. 

Ingredients: Turbot, Prawns peeled, Guernsey Double Cream, Butter, White Burgundy, Leeks, Potatoes, Parsley.
