The Hake is boneless and marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil ready to be pan-fried for 5 minutes skin side down, then turned over for another 3 minutes. Meanwhile warm through the sauce in a saucepan for 2 minutes or in the microwave. Place the Hake on top of the Sauce and await the praise of your dinner guests. Serves 1 main course.
