This item is raw and needs to be cooked. A large portion of Kelmscott Pork Fillet, has been filled with minced Pork, Herbs and Clementine rolled in cured Kelmscott Coppa Ham. Pan fry all over in a hot frying pan to seal and then finish in a hot oven for just 6-7 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. It is perfectly acceptable for this 100% free range Pork to still be slightly pink on serving. Serves 2 small or one big main meal approx 320g each.
