A whole 750g Wild Sea Bream ready to be BBQed or grilled in the oven. Supplied with a bag of Thai ingredients (such as Thai Basil, Chilli, Lemon Grass, Ginger, Garlic etc) plus a Thai Consommé - and Udon Noodles - you just need to cook the Bream - plenty for at least two persons. Will feed at least 2 hungry people
Scatter over or roll the Bream in the Thai flavours and herbs and char grill for 7 minutes on each side under a hot grill or on a BBQ. Skin should be crispy and dark brown. Baste regularly with Olive Oil. When cooked, allow to rest for 5 minutes while warming up the Thai Broth with the noodles and serve next to the fish.
